If the development of the Wind Rasengan proves anything, it's that improvement in this series can only come in the form of "my attack is more powerful than your attack".Finishing jutsu? So was the original rasengan and the oodama rasengan as well. Naruto doesn't have any mid battle or what I refer to as supplemental techniques that has been the problem from the very beginning and it isn't going to change.
