While it is a coincidence that an anti-hegemony organization like Kataron and CB's goals meet, Kataron stands to gain more by either coordinating their actions with that of CB, or leaking a deliberate amount of info about CB's movements in order to increase the success of their operations. The longer and more trusted Lyle is within CB, the better off they are.

I seriously hope someone kills Wang Liu Mei this season. Her Tuxedo Mask bodyguard didn't sound all that pleased that she is more geared towards anarchy than world peace. She doesn't seem to have a clear goal about what happens afterward, she just wants a total overthrow of the current system. She's similar to Ali that way, neither of them care so long as their is a huge war. At the same time, she's working closely with Ribbons, who is after the creation of a shadow government with absolute control.

Speaking of which, it seems that Ribbons and his eunuch harem have a techno-psychic link, much in the same way that Grace from Macross was.
