I don't think even most anime DVD/Bluray ripper groups consider themselves primarily HC pirates distributing warez, not to mention the more numerous groups fansubbing raws. Who knows how naive I'm, but I somehow doubt they use as ruthless methods as the gamez and appz distributors.
