As far as I can see, that site is even less official than we used to be. At least we had an AonE member posting release updates.

I'm curious to know what sort of connection gotwoot and Aone had in the very beginning.

Well, Complich used to be an AonE member. If you watch some old AonE shows, you might catch his name among the credits. Even after Complich quit in favor of concentrating on statistics Gotwoot remained an AonE tracker.

Less official, but more up to date. Besides, not all releases by Aone use Gotwoot's tracker, so camping that page mightn't get you every show you're after.

Or maybe they are...
