    2 quickly waste Itachi and Sasuke's energy.
    Unless Danzou has a monster inside him (and I'm pretty damn sure he doesn't) I don't think he has the chakra to use them. Short of maybe using everything he has at once to go BOOM! like Diedera did.
    Maybe they are all for show and he is really just trying to disarm Madara until help arrives.
