Yes. Kishi made a color spread with all of the Jinchuuriki on it(even the little 3-tails kid even though he wasn't technically a Jinchuuriki and has a different haircut). And the 6-tails guy is on it, complete with blowing bubbles.

Looks the same to me. He even has a carmilla(or whatever that flower that kid was obsessed with) on his weapon. He does look to have, 1. Different clothes 2. Different haircut(it's the same color though) and 3. a jinchuuriki stigma on his face.
