Subs ain't showing up

Anyways, now that we're on the subject of VLC, the sub's ain't showing up for me either. 8bit version of Mirai Nikki ep.3, but only 3 for some reason. 2 and 4 work perfect (1 is 10bit, and it works great). Win. 7 64bit, U-Torrent, VLC Player.

Nevermind, I was able to find out what was wrong.

Can you share with us the fix that you found? It'd be handy to have a record for future reference.
