Ichigo is most likely ignoring direct eye contract with Azien's shikai therefore escaping being hypnotize. I'm just assuming that's part of the game plan discussed earlier with medical lady captain or maybe Kubo forgot about that and is now anti-hypnotism haxing the shyt out of Azien with cool green eye contacts to go along with Ichigo's new long hair transformation. I'm just waiting for that yellow glow and spiritual aura to elevate his hair.
