Jiraiya won't be able to defeat Naruto, since he won't be able to enter sage mode without the help of the two frogs. So Naruto in Sage mode should easily be able to take care of him. Even without that, since he now has free access to Kyuubi's chakra, he should be unstoppable.
Unless, Jiraiya is used to mess with his head and/or out manouvers Naruto with sheer experience
