I'd really like to, but I don't have PS anymore and I can't use GIMP properly. I don't even have the font for the banner, since I am using a new laptop with none of my original files. I found a good image (appearance, not quality) and did my best to clean it. Here is all I got:

I was thinking GotRope for the text, but I really can't do anything without PS so I quit.
