    I doubt it, he found Naruto back then with no problem at ALL, with his "becoming untouchable" skill and plant guy`s chakra drain technique, they should be no problem at all, screw it, just leave them in his universe for 2 day, they`ll pass out from lack of water.

    Maybe "plot" is stopping Madara, then, no?

    I think he mentioned that he needed the 1-8 first before sealing the 9 or it would burst open. Something along that extent.
