I'm guessing we'll find out in early September. The first season ended on September 27, 2010. Fairy Tail was then renewed for a second season, which started on October 11, 2010. It seems like the current manga arc is coming to an end, so I can see that one being animated, unless the show's popularity has fallen and they decide to end it at 96.
