I agree with you, it does feel like it's a bit over saturated. But remember there hasn't been any significant progress since they split up two years ago and Fisherman Island didn't really help all that much. Franky does seem to be a bit to forced, but that could go away at anytime. I think it will get much better as everyone progress in there own way. Maybe the author is a little overzealous trying to showcase everyone at once. It could also be it's more geared towards the anime now since all those comments will happen in mere seconds. Still hold a lot of possibilities anyway you look at it.
