    I'm assuming none of the Lt.s will be threats at the start of their fights, then they'll all take a bunch of steroid and the fights will be closer.

    Hordy seems...pretty dumb.

    It's an energy steroid, not a senzu bean. It's not going to heal his wound. And now, he looks like an old man. He's probably going to have a heart attack mid-fight with Luffy.
