I wonder when we´ll actually get some plot. So far, everything has ben setup. Now that the group has reached its final count, things should get more serious. The lack of a real danger is rather disappointing atm.

Avdol's flames seem to suffer from the same problems as Fire Style in Naruto. You can melt through rock and shit, but people hit by fire attacks just seem to get a little sooty.
When a guy can just lay burning for a couple minutes, and he's completely fine after the flames go away, I can't tell if that means the fire sucks, or if everyone is just extremely resilient.
I'm noticing a distinct lack of rock and roll names in this series.

In the naming sense part 1 and 2 shared rock references, part 3 is when the author started doing his own thing for each part.
Even I know that's not true and I only know character names from the old Capcom fighting game.
Stands may be named after Tarot cards, but most of the characters are still named after musicians.
have to admit it at this point: this season isnt as good as the two we got before. too many main characters, too short fights, situations not dangerous enough. feels almost like a self-parody at times.

Yeah, I'm thinking of ditching it. It would be nice if we had better villains. None of these stand users are anywhere near as cool as Tarkus and Bruford, or even the first couple of Pillar Men. The art is a lot worse, too. I liked how psychedelic it was in the first arc.

I dunno, I actually still find this very entertaining. The current Jojo is like an improved version of the previous ones in terms of pure battle ability. He has the wits and power to overwhelm enemies. The only thing I don't like about him is his emo-serious personality.
I hope people start dying so we can have the sense of dread and urgency we had in the earlier arcs.

Unfortunately he's no where near as entertaining as Joseph's "Now you're going to say X" play though. Man I missed that. Now I know why Joseph just seems like an angry old man now who complains whenever things aren't American enough.

On the plus side, each new stand is kind of a mystery, and this last one is pretty good so far.

It´s tiring how none of those stand users are properly defeated, but always lose because of their own overconfidence and arrogance. THere was no reason for the ape to lose. Just walk away from Jojo and have the ship crush em all to death.
Still waiting for a real fight, therefore.
How old is the girl supposed to be btw? She´s way smaller than Jojo, but those guys are giants anyway. I didnt expect her to have that nice of a body.

I suppose that makes sense since everyone but Jojo seems to be useless.
I mean, attacking all 5 at once doesnt matter, since apparently all of Dio´s people are stupid as hell. The ape would have won, had he not jumped at Jojo.
