EDIT: Ok... now I'm thinking what happened was that Naruto threw Kakashi in such a way that Kakashi missed one of the 8-tails's tentacles when he warped him, causing it to be segmented off (kind of like Deidara's arm), and hence why the cut tentacle is the first part to resurface into the dimension when Kakashi reverted the warp. Of course, this would make the translation of Naruto's line erroneous, as well as make the cut tentacle seem completely arbitrary, if done by mistake.
