No the chakra would still bounce them back IMO. This isn&#39;t like the gap between Gaara&#39;s shield and his body. The kaiten comes from within the person and would push outwards through the pores. If Kakashi and the others detect it (and they should since they are Jounins) they&#39;d have to either make Neji lose his focus quick or result in jumping back a few steps to strategize from there.
