So, that guy in pieces, has Buggy learned to use his power offensively against others? He hates Shichubuki, and I think that letter Buggy got from the government at the end of Whitebeard War arc was an invitation to become one.
My gut feeling is not. He didn't have the kind of an impact I would expect from a guy whose name we have heard and whose impressive handiwork we have witnessed for a long time, but whom we have never seen in person.
