No. Even if we ignore the fact he's a zombie, that is, encumbered by rotting flesh, there's still the more important detail of being remote controlled by Kabuto. Kabuto seems to be somewhere far away and in some forgotten cave surrounded by stone, so it's natural to assume there's going to be a lag of at least a few hundred milliseconds between him and his zombies.
