This is the most badass anime ever, great plot, GODLIKE ART(even better than Attack on Titan!). I've got no idea why no one has dared to start the thread for this gem. It was made by former Gainax ppl - they've formed studio TRIGGER.

now seriously, animation is better than in Attack on Budget(because it exists), but its so bad that its lulzy, plot is really really insane and surreal. But you will laugh yourself to death.
