She's still highly skilled though. No matter how hostile Sella got, she countered her easily. Perhaps she is always on standby, an elite guardian!

She's just following the slacker theory. Sella is eager to do the work initiatively, so Leysritt's role is to slack. After all, there's only so much you can do in a little house and with a meddlesome person like Shirou around to boot.
