I don't understand why Zoro simply doesn't cut Law's cuffs. There's no way Zoro wouldn't be able to cut sea stone at this point of the story. He was able to cut steel already ages before the time jump. If he still can't cut sea stone, he's no good as a swordsman and will never be.
