As I understand it, you're trying to view the torrent files in Windows Media Player..
From your post, I understand that BitTorrent is installed..

Now just go to Gotwoot's Naruto Torrents page and click the file you want..

It will start downloading after you select where to save the file..

After download is complete you just fire up your brand new episode and watch it.
