Neji probably can't see the red chakra because it's really sealed away pretty well. It doesn't mix with Naruto's charka unless he's gets all emotional or he calls upon it. I did notice that when they showed Neji's view of Naruto's chakra that he could see the seal it was outlined in blue. But I'm pretty sure in the next episode Neji's gonna be seeing red... in more than once sense His biggest mistake was to seal up Naruto's chakra... now Naruto can really concentrate on taking in some of Kyubi's powers.

Yeah... I think everyone will be blown away by his power. 62 is gonna be a wicked episode!
