At this point, due to repetition and the somewhat bloated cast and causality, the characters are simply saying words and I'm parsing about half of them. Because the dialogue is so round-about, I just have kind of stopped caring and cannot follow the story anymore. I'll try again when its done, but as is, in a twenty minute episode, this simply doesn't hold my attention like it used to.
S02-E15:
Otto is now the main character, lol.
Garfiel clearly wasn't serious, at least in the beginning when he punched Otto in the face, otherwise his head would have been blown off. But why did Garfiel arrive at Subaru's place at the end? Ram wouldn't let him pass unless her life's gone :/ God, if this turns into another failed timeline, it'll be too cruel for Subaru.

And I had to think about my old theory that Beetlegeuse somehow is an older Subaru from the future, like a corrupted version that succumbed to his lust for Emilia. A couple episodes ago Roswaal talked to Subaru about 'becoming/being" like him, Roswaal, and since both Beetlegeuse and Roswaal are clown-like eccentrics, well ...

We've already seen a flashback of him.
He had connections to Emilias family if I remember correctly and was crying while holding Emilias hand (or was it Emilias sister/mother? I don't remember) as if saying something like "please don't go" or "farewell"
I don't quite remember anymore if it was the OVA or season 2.
Might have been the OVA because I remember saying something like "uhm... this is actually pretty important for the show, and people should/have to watch it for stuff like that alone"

I found it weird that they basically showed the same scene twice when they distributed goods/clothes etc.
Was something different the 2nd time around that I didn't really notice? It feels like this could've been merged into one "emlia-escapes-adventure".
I always noticed this, but this time around even more... the pacing of this show is *horrible*. Probably because I'm actually seeing some good pacing in other shows this time around.
This show has so many small important things that you only "see", so I wonder why they waste so much time talking.
Especially since I have serious trouble understanding Subaru, or just about anyone to be honest, when they have a discussion...they talk alot, but say absolutely nothing while they talk. It's like they talk in riddles all the time. It's really annoying tbh.
I just want to know what's going on. Stop dragging this out damnit!

I think the pacing itself is fine, it's just that the anime is TOO interesting and makes you curious about sooo many things at the same time. I mean, there's still the whole Elsa assassin part - feels like that has been forgotten, lol, but I also can't say that there has been any filler content.
It's just frustrating, because ... how many years will it be before Season 3 airs?

Yeah, we've been on Emelia and these test for this entire part of the season that I almost forget that after she finally clears this shit, they STILL have the rabbits AND the mansion attack to deal with.
I hope he at least gets a save point after the barrier comes down.
