Anyway, I'll spare everyone and myself a long winded rant about Subaru being absolute shit at going about this fight. CLEARLY, he has enough time to warn them about what's about to happen, so why not do that with Reinhard? But .. whatever.

However, one big bs must be mentioned: Emilia's fighting prowess got a CRAZY upgrade if she's holding up against Sirius similiarly to Reinhard before. Reinhard, however, looked awefully weak. Not sure if that was intentional and we'll learn that the distress with his grandfather and father's situation weakens him or something.

Also: Sirius is Emilia's mom that we saw in the season 2-flashbacks, right? Silver hair, violet iris, and loves Beetlegeuse, taking his last name even. I don't know any light novels or whatever, but that's my theory for now.

Anyway. I would hope Subaru does another attempt, this time telling Beako to keep watch of the surroundings for when Regulus comes, while telling Reinhard to not kill Sirius, but catch her and make her immovable. However, I fear that there will be a new checkpoint now right after Regulus kidnaps Emilia.

PS: Oh, and one final note: If an anime had Sirius' and Lusbel's genders reversed, there'd be a huge outrage.
