    Training? More like electrolyte balance. Maybe keijo girls can spike their butts with magnesium or sodium before fights. Training doesn't reduce cramps. Electrolyte replenishment and proper warmups do. Neither of those two factors are enough of a barrier to differentiate one contestant from another.

    True. That aspect of design-meets-physique makes sense. Everyone pushing up their tits won't make them shock absorbers.

    Top level girls have prior training isn't a surprise. I'm not sure where this comes in.
