Tbh I´d really dislike a "mellow ending of shades". I want a proper finale, an escalation of things. A clear cut ending point. It´d suck if this anime ended with ... everyone talking to each other, some crying, and then they go on with life as if nothing happened. Not saying that would be unrealistic ... but it wouldn´t be interesting to watch imo.

As for the last paragraph ... yeah, those non-stereotype women are the ones to find. They´re rare, though. And even when you find one, they´re tough to crack ;>
