Sorry if someone already said this.

The shadow person in the picture is most likely Kakashi's friend. For those people who have read the manga in one of the chapters it shows a picture of Kakashi's team. The guy next to him is wearing goggles so it is most likely the same guy. I think his name is Obito. Or at least thats the name i've read on the forums.
