And that's exactly what I hate about Japanese "bread" The Fillings. Bread doesn't have a filling. You can add to bread whatever you want after you slice it. Marmelade, Nutella, butter, whatever. But when you fill dough with some sweet melon mass, it turns into sweet pastry. You can enjoy that, but don't call it bread pls.
