Yeah, it's just a small detail, which hasn't been noticed before that episode came out. I'm sure that if you look every episode second by second there would be alot of small uncomplete details, but who cares. Shit happens, besides I'm quite sure that isn't very important to know where is that guy from, as he's not one of the main characters.
