Nah, Tsunade has been mentioned in the anime. In one of Rock Lee's flashbacks Gai asks his team about their goals and Tenten's goal was to be really strong like the legendary ninja Tsunade.

A little off subject, Jiraiya seems to be more like Naruto--Perverted, Orochimaru seems to act more like Sasuke--Power Hungry, and Tsunade, who we haven't met yet is most likely goin to be like Sakura, Thats what i think. So i think the strongest would be Jiraiya based on that idea.

Jiraiya seem to be a lot like Naruto personality wise. I think that he would be the most like Naruto in combat, so he gets my vote.

I think it's Jiraiya, because I somehow remember someone saying that they wished Jiraiya was there in case Orochimaru attacks, and that would make me think Jiraiya is stronger than Oro.

This is just a "i-like-him-the-most-so-he-is-the-strongest" topic .. since we can only speculate about who's the strongest since we havent seen all 3 fighting on their max. etc etc..

Well i like pimp-Jiraiya the most so i vote him as strongest then

Jiriaya, becuase he even manages to insult Oro's work on Naruto, he called it sloppy then referes to it probably being made by Oro.

So bsically he knows Oro is s**t compared to himself.

Then again it doesn't seem as though Jiraiya and Oro are always in close contact with each other..... so it could be Oro is stronger than Jiraiya though his seal techiniques are still lousy.

Actually at this moment we can't really tell because we haven't even seen the 3rd sennin yet or any abilities.

I think that the third one would be the most powerful, for no reason other than that we haven't met her yet, and as the show goes along we seem to meet more and more powerful people. I think she's off living in seclusion (or she may be dead) and that she'll turn out to be uber.
