the first url: search for anything U want to download
the second URL : look for their server IP and add it to the serverlist, then doubleclick it to make it active (after restart u might need to readd and reclick) then add [ARC] to ur name.

EDIT: put [ARC] anywhere in your name before u make it an active server, if u do this the other way around u wont be allowed to enter.

Server seems to be down now however.
