kiba shouldnt even be on the poll. Rock was fast.. for a genin. He's a genin, people, participating in and looking damn cool in genin battles. Of course he isnt faster than Gai, who's his teacher (older clone..). Gai has a 1 point lead in his fights with Kakashi. Kakashi knows even at the cost of his own life he can't beat Orochimaru (watch the episode where Orochimaru shows up while Kakashi is adding the seal to Sasuke.) According to this, Orochimaru > Gai > Kakashi > Lee. Though I think Kakashi's probably more powerful than Gai once he finishes his one-armed mountain climbing fun.
