In terms of being a better ninja sasuke is better. But in raw power even without the kyuubi Naruto is stronger. Hotsuma, it iss obvious you are a sasuke fangirl/boy so don't tell other people they're Naruto fanboys when you can't even admit you are a Sasuke fangirl/boy.
