I absolutely agree. There was a time for the DB series to be the king of this anime style and that time is over. Now Naruto is going farther , deeper, and more intellegently in to that sort of style, better then 90% of all the other anime out there. Anime fans worldwide have been waiting for an anime creator to step up and make a show like this and finally its happened.

Yes, its true that both DB and Naruto are drawn out, and thats the selling point. I do think that Naruto has much, much deeper of a story tho, encompassing countless characters and plot lines. The formula for DBZ was

#1 - Get beat by an incredibly strong baddie
#2 - Power up way stronger then before
#3 - Beat him in the most dramatic way possible

You can obviously see this same pattern in Naruto because it sells. The difference is that the pattern is way more diversitifed and elaborated upon then DBZ.

Anyways, they&#39;re similar, no question about it. I&#39;m just glad that Naruto&#39;s here to be enjoyed (and Im glad for broadband internet )
