Well you guys are right. I do this at least once a week so here's the method I got going.

Boot Order:
Floppy
CDROM
Hardrive

1)Insert your windows cd. Be it 98 or xp doesn't matter
2)When it says, "Hit anykey to boot from cd" (or something similar) Hit anykey
3)Now let it load. When it is done, you do NOT want to repair, you just want to install
4)Now it will list your current partitions. Delete all that you see.
Now create a new partition, NTFS being the better of the choices if your given one.
5)It will format it and away it goes.
6)Have fun, post if you have problems.
