yeah its a tough call im guessing had she actully ever punched him it would have been over i mean the chick knocks down walls,a nd punched through Orochimaru jaw. I dont think she has much in term of total combat abuility much like Kabuto states about himself but... she is the 5th im guessing she is still ranked pretty significantly above Kabuto in abuility. Why do you think Orochimaru, ist @ 100% after gathering another body? Just curoius to see what you/other might think about that
