all you have to do is connect to the server /server irc.irchighway.net

then go to the channel... /join #lurk

then /msg Neverwhere xdcc send #x

where "x" is the pack number that corresponds to the Ippo manga as depicted in this site (the numers to the far left of the file you want): http://www.thelurker.net/index.php?id=1
