Chunnins = The ones who are dying
Jounin = The ones who aren't

Then there are the ANBU, ANBU Leaders, Super Elite Jounins, 3 Sanins, the Missing Nins, and then those guys with robes who everyone calls, "Kage" -- I don't know too much about the last ones since they don't seem to do much.
