That's called diversity.... then probably episode 70, 71, and 72 would suck too because the 3rd is fighting... Shikamaru is about to fight, and Sasuske will probably fight before Naruto

I can't remember what it sounds like, what ep and time? </td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'>
End of ep 56 I think, where Naruto summons Gamabunta for the first time..... just before he says 'Where the hell am I?'....... or in the Bakasan sub, which made it funnier, 'Where the f*** am I?'
lol hokage stays true to the name sarutobi

-dono is used sometimes to show respect as well. In Rurouni Kenshin, he calls Kaoru, Kaoru-dono.

Which transelated means Miss, and you can also say dono to a male, it's Mr.
Dono is a higher version of respect, and it's applied to Samurais (Karou is close enough to be a samurai, since she is a dojo leader) or the empire (Makidou-dono).
it's applied usually to males (since Samurais were males) but it's not un-heard off to aply it to females.
Sama is the general highest, you can say sama on everyone, Sensei,Shinsho, Dono and Senpai have pre-requirements
sig made by Itachi-y2k5, thanks, dude!
Currently Watching: probably a show directed at 9 years old girls, lets be honest.
You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.
i seem to notice as well how manga readers like to wait until an episode is released and then throw in all the theories and hints that might be noticeable in the current or previous episode, but what most viewers wouldnt notice had they not done so. The urge the spoil may be powerful.....but WILLPOWER fellas! It's more fun to sit back and see the clues unravel in their own minds than to spoonfeed it all
After watching that episode, it made me feel like the manga version skipped to oro's summoning technique too quickly. That earth dragon move rocks.
I wonder if that kinda technique originated from the earth village. Which also makes me wanna see kakashi use more jutsus against the sound nins. He's supposed to know 1000s of techniques but all he's been doin so far is stabbing people with kunais and whatnot.

her pencil breaking was a part of the bad omen, and for some reason caused konohamaru to look out the window high enough to notice the rainbow. Still it was kinda uneeded...
Pakkun was adorable XD ahaha
um... Sarutobi and oro just kicked so much ass...
GAI KICKED MAJOR ASS! I've been wanting to see that scene forever. I do agree it looked better in the manga buit STILL!! Gai is teh sex![]()
is that rainbow myth even a realistic one? it seems like there are myths about EVERYTHING these days

Awesome episode. Can't wait for the next. Pakkun made me laugh![]()
Thank you. It's great to see your sigs in action again, too.![]()
This being my first post in a while, I'll risk flogging a dead horse here: I really enjoyed the episode, the amount of action and the structure of the various stories was characteristicly appetising, with the little shots of things like pakkun changing direction serving, as usual, to make a week seem impossibly long, but i really think the little shots of konohamaru and co. were somehow disjointed. If it was some charcter that could potentially make a bit of difference in the battle or story that had been suspensfully figuring out that somthing was wrong, i would have been happier, but as it is, i dont see him genuinely being able to.....change anything...why waste time building atmosphere around him? otherwise i really loved the episode and am dying for the weekend
I'm just wondering where Jiraiya is when all this is happening...maybe he'll step in and help the hokage against orochimaru..or stop the giant snakes...who knows. Where do you guys think he is? (havent read manga, so dont spoil if you know plz)
I think this was an awesome ep. they explained alot but not to much to where it spoiles the story, they showed bits and pieces of the hokage fight but made it so that they can continue the fight later, i thtink they did a good job filling in alot of ppls questions, while still having alot to be answered. personally i think ep 70 will be just as good as 69.
im still wondering what was up with the pencil splitting.
and also what kind of skill pakkun has. specealy after what kakashi said
One skill is tracking, that was fairly obvious
Maybe he has some uber berserk mode where he grows big and stuff, heck he might even be that giant dog that was biting Zabusa on the bridge

yeah, i had forgotten about that, next to pakkun's behavior itself (puts gai to shame completely, that dog does) the pencile thing was one of the most random things i have seen in Naruto...
kakashi's little thing was really annoyingly suggestive, and if you think, some of the best fighters, like gai and lee, are some of the quirkiest, so yeah, i hope we get to witness him in action, with more than shika's hand...
I can't wait for 70... but the raw isn't out today so i wonder whats gonna happen..
Its been out now for a few hours.
I love the raws because it gives me practice on just how much of a japanese vocabulary I have.
Which isn't much
Yeah I know what you mean. You can also enjoy the raw more because you don't have to spend all that time reading the subs.
