But!

1) So they are similar hair-wise. But you know, both Tsunade & Anko have big boobs and they are (probably) not related. (Good example huh?)

2) Having the ho sign is probably not strange since he could very well use it to honor the mighty leader, Hokage.

I still say that they aren't related and if they were the manga would have shown it by now.
