Those suits are hard to see out of, except for what's right in front of you (I was in a similar suit once, NO periferal vision). If the girl and mother were moving around, and he's trying to do the typical "hand on the shoulder" thing (tpical "dude in suit with the kids" pose), yeah the hands will probably go over the chest. Especially if he's being Tigger-ish in his movements. And yeah, there's limited feelability through those suits, especially when you consider a 13 year old girl's chest plus her clothes, plus the costume, the guy in the costume's not going to feel much unless the girl (and her mother apparently) have bigger chests than most of the girls at the college I went to. So unless the Guy in the suit was looking straight at them, I really don't see it being done on purpose, especially with no other complaints against him. If it was intentional they would have noticed right away. I can tell if someone's hand is brushing against my ass (I'm a guy, thus no breasts worth fondling) accidentally or on purpose right away. It doesn't take eight days to realize "Oh my ass was grabbed on purpose." And the camera person would have noticed if Tigger's hands were over the girl's chest trying to fondle her (especially if Daddy was taking the picture). Of course the family will probably win the friggin lawsuit because these big lawsuits are always so stupid. Hell fatass people who refuse to excercise, and insist on eating fast food everyday can win lawsuits against McDonalds. I should sue the company that makes the Swiss Army knives for not labeling the knife saying "Caution, edges may be sharp," because I still have the scar from closing the knife on my finger in 6th grade. I hate our legal system. It's worse than Hollywood, especially when it goes Hollywood.
