    for you people who use mirc...did you pay the 20$ US fee after the evaluation or? is there a way around it?

    You don't have to pay it. You can just close the internet browser window when it takes you there.

    Well,I've updated,and after a few seconds it allows you to continue you anyways.You don't have to pay.
