This follows two manga chapters directly, so it's just the manga being a little slow in training as well. The whole buildup for Tsunade being the legendary sucker in particular was one scene I was wondering how they'd recreate, but it turned out pretty much the same outside of some extra shots on Tsunade.

Jiraiya mentions during the episode that he didn't put a lot of oomph into that jutsu, so it potentially can be a lot more powerful. This, btw, is the jutsu that Jiraiya told Naruto was more powerful than Chidori...

i loved the first part, hilarious
i would have thought naruto wouldnt like those clothes because i remember him saying rock lee looked stupid in them or something, but he hell aliked them
funny how jiraiya doesnt want to be caught with naruto wearing those clothes
the palm chakra rotation thing, is it really better than the chidori?
isnt it just another chakra control method, but forming the ball is probably a jutsu

jiraiya did it on purpose and he didn't try to really hurt him so i think it could be much more powerfull since he said it's better than chidori
