for manga, espically small ones that no one ever heard of, IRC is your best chane.. just join a manga channel (most of them are on irchighway) and !list couple of guys, there are people there with larger shared manga folders than my entire anime collection.. it's a bit complicated at first, but it's lots of fun afterwards...
