This is kind of off topic, but wouldn't that mean for Akatsuki to use Kyubi, they would have to kill Naruto and use his ashes in the same fashion?
possibly...although it seemed they wanted to take naruto alive, so maybe turning him to ashes isnt gonna work. Afterall, kyubi sealed in naruto and the sand priest possessed by shukaku were probably two completely different methods
