One BT client that does that is Azereus. Click on the torrent that you want (in your case, Naruto episodes 1-10), then when Azereus opens up, you can configure it to only download episode 7. I never used it before but I heard its good. And the other options mentioned, NarutoMania and Mirc work just as well.
