Oh...hell no! Ino did NOT tie with Sakura. The way that match ended was a load of shit. Inner Sakura my ass. I was so mad. Ino won. Period. She has one technique to Sakura's 0, and cut her hair to use it as a tactic. It was brilliant. The writers did that just to give Sakura more importance, but it was equivalent in quality to the first naruto special: fecal quality. Ino is rules...well not really, but compared to Sakura, She's goku.

Her character as a whole sucks too. She's a stupid teenie bopper that listens avril lavigne, takes forever in the bathroom, and obsesses over boys that pay no attention to her. What she needs is a good kick in the ass. A god-kick that'll destroy her on contact. Die.
