so... sakura's gonna be a healer now

We are on topic, speculation was that Sakura would have a bigger role as a healer, then people began bashing Sakura as any thread that mentions her name turns into. In a thread with her name on it's assumed people are going to flame her to death.

Ino did fight at Sakura 100%, she would've won if Naruto wasn't such a loud noisy arse and gotten Inner Sakura's attention. Barles you pretty much described Ino and Sakura in that second paragraph, so do you hate Ino too? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

Anyway, if the writers made Sakura tie with Ino even though she shouldn't have. The same can be said with just about every fight. "Naruto can't have beaten Haku, there's now ay even with the nine-tails chakra" "Oh Naruto can't have beaten Gaara, I mean Sasuke could barely touch him and Naruto got him all pissed off and made him transform into his full demon form." "Kakashi should've lost to Zabuza, Naruto can't have figured out a brilliant strategy like that somehow got the plan across to Sasuke, whom figured it out just by noticing Naruto transformed into a shuriken."

The fact is, Sakura tied with Ino, you can speculate that Ino didn't fight at 100%, but the fact that she got knocked out afterwards can more or less throw that fact in the garbage. (Though I'll give you that she woke up like 30 seconds before Sakura, so if it had gone down to a "Whoever stands up first and says 'I win' will win (you know, like most animes end up having at some point or another)" Ino would've won.

But really now, one of the only times Sakura had the spotlight (growing up with no real friends until Ino, them fighting and forming a rivalry, Sakura chases her rival until their ultimate confrontation in which Ino still thinks Sakura is a no-body) you still try and take that from her. Be reasonable, she wasn't a natural at things like Ino was, Sakura admired her and rose up to her. It happens to Naruto all the time but very few people bash him everytime his name is heard [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

Masakiri, unlike Naruto's situtation, with Sakura and Ino, Ino befriended Sakura, and the whole rivalry came about because sakura was a baka and decided to throw away the friendship because they both liked sasuke..and maybe ino can do thing better than sakura because she trians/practices a bit more than sakura... ... but anyways on subject, as for sakura being a healer, really don't see any real evidence that she would become a healer. I think if anything, sakura would fit most as a teacher, because more than anything she is just book smart, so she can be a teacher and teach future genin, seems fitting for someone like her

This sounds like some kind of bizzare RPG. Healer class, tank class, and some kind of damage class. Healer (sakura) Tank (Naruto) and well damage Sasuke.

Speaking of teachers, do you think its funny that we see a scene where Asuma is a teacher in a class.
I do not picture him as a in class lecture teacher, strictly an in the field teacher. I can picture kurenai as an in class lecturer just because she hasn't proven herself as a good enough field ninja/fighter yet. To go further off topic I wish we could see Anko have a good complete fight scene and I hope its wow good, not weak and depressing. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

Not only does Sakura not seem like she'd be a healer in the future, but I don't think she'd be a good teacher either. You have to respect your teachers, and since it's a ninja academy, gaining respect involves having strenght. I don't think the students would respect a teacher they know they can beat.

To Masakari: Yes I dislike Ino, but no way near as much as I hate Sakura. Ino's been an integral part in the success of her team (she's useful), whereas removing Sakura from Naruto's team would make no difference, except maybe to improve overall team performance (she's useless, possibly a detrimental). As far as bashing Naruto everytime his name comes up as I do Sakura, that's just not gonna happen and it shouldn't even be discussed as to why. Oooh, and you are correct about me being able to speculate all I want. So I will. I speculate that Inner Sakura the tie between Ino and Sakura is total manure.
